KERN Annual Maintenance Agreement and Preventive Maintenance ( PM ) Service
Field Engineering Division of KERN Document Output Management provides onsite fast restore equipments ; which are included the KERN Document Mail Finishing (DMF.) , the Document Finishing on Demand (DFD.) , the Document Logistics Systems ( DLS.) and the Automated Document Factory ( ADF.) ; for telecommunication, banking, finance, insurance, service bureau , commercial companies, industrial, manufacturing, education, retail, department stores, airlines, government and non-government sectors. The Annual Maintenance Agreement includes corrective or preventive maintenance performed during normal KERN business hours convenient to customer. The coverage includes labor and replacement parts required to keep equipment in good operating condition, correction of failures resulting from normal use.

Kern Spare Parts
Repairing components are inventory at country level at Kern Spare Parts Distribution Center , Wireless Road, Bangkok and be delivered promptly under comprehensive Annual Maintenance Service Agreement program.
Kern Spares is a service designed to support to all released Kern mailing equipment and all other Kern Document Mail Finshing equipment that Kern supplies to customers in our region.
This means that, in addition to holding new and original parts for Kern machines, we can also supply parts for many other machines from manufacturers such as Hefter System Form, Hedman/Accufast, MSH Finland Oy - a stock holding in excess of 10,000 items.
All Kern mailing equipment parts are new and original. We can even offer a reworkable service by our trained engineers for all Kern supplied parts!
