June 2022     Kianwan     ROEL step up their production of instruction manuals using a second IBIS Smart-binder in Romania         ROEL have produced their first one million A5 instruction manuals for washing machines using a recently-installed IBIS Smart-binder SB-2 running at 150 meters/min web speed, and fed from a Tecnau roll unwinder and web cutter. As a result ROEL have now ordered their second Smart-binder which will be installed this month. The Tecnau unwinder is loaded with rolls printed on a Ricoh V20100 mono printer. These rolls of 65 gsm printed stock are unwound at 150 meters/min and cut into 8pp sheets by the Tecnau web cutter. They are then folded in half by an MB buckle folder before entering the Smart-binder SB-2.
