Foil Fusers

Foil Fusing is a technology that uses heater rollers to fuse foils to toner images from a laser printer or a duplicator. Customers don’t even need specific make-ready materials or special skills when using the foil fusers. Just print/copy an image from a laser printer/duplicator, then images will be able to be foiled on the toner areas with optimum operation temperature and speed.

Wei Guan offers customers 4 different models of foil fuser: FT-22F, FT-22, FT-12F, and FT-12. Compared with other competitive machines, Wei Guan’s foil fusers provide customers high-quality foiling images by the even heating temperature and foil tension control. All the models will accept sheets up to 320 mm wide. Foil rolls up to 320 mm and of any length that can be cut to size will be available.

Categorize models by feeding system :

  • FT-22F and FT-12F are the automatic friction feed version.
  • FT-22 and FT-12 are the manual feed version.

Categorize models by the maximum foil rolls that can be loaded up :

  • FT-22F and FT-22 can foil up to two rolls in one pass.
  • FT-12F and FT-12 can only load up with one foil roll each pass.
