Wei Guan Zip-A4 is fit for small volume of multiple-up card products. It uses slitting blades mounted in a removable cassette to neatly slit the sheet as it passes through the machine. Wei Guan Zip-A4 can register the sheets from a registration mark or the lead edge of the sheets, which is seemed as an important feature for the digital printing products. Wei Guan Zip-A4 has replaceable blades, perforating and creasing units.
Wei Guan Zip-A4 has 8 fixed programs and 2 fully adjustabled operator programs providing the users more flexibility. There are also many optional cassettes to meet customers’ various digital finishing demands (different size of cards, score lines or perforation lines).
Wei Guan Zip-A4 has operating panel with display incl. counter, pre-counter and electronic form size adjustment.

Use predefined programs for producing standard trimmed sizes. Also individual jobs can be programmed and stored anytime.
Just enter the printed A4 sheets, select the program and start. A4 sheets of different thickness (up to 350 g/m2) and even oversized forms like SRA4 will be fed reliably.
Either the sheet edge or an optical mark can be selected as start position for the cuts and intermediate cuts. Optical marks printed on sheets ensure an automatic image drift compensation.
The cutted cards are stacked in an universal adjustable tray & compartments and are easily accessable for the operator. The cutting and slitting knives are extremely strong, an ensure an always professional look of the cards, even after a high quantity of cuts.

The operator can use the same cassette which will allow you to create cards with the same width but different(programmable) lengths.
For example, you can create either 90mm*50mm of business cards or 90mm*140mm of post cards or 90mm * other length(>=50mm) of cards by using the same 90mm of slitter cassette and different setting values in the panel.
